The 405/415 Express Motor Yacht is what Cruiser's marketing

execs called a "crossover yacht," meaning that she offers

the upper-deck attributes of an express cruiser and the interior

comforts of an aft-cabin motor yacht. In fact, the Cruisers 405

was an innovative yacht in 2003, and while her top-heavy profile

is distracting her belowdecks accommodations are impressive

indeed. Built on a fully cored hull, the 405's express-style helm and

cockpit arrangement keeps the captain and passengers in the same

general area. A sliding door next to the helm leads down to the

salon with its faux leather upholstery, cherry woodwork, and tiered
