WALKTHROUGH

Stepping aboard STONEFACE, one immediately recognizes the pedigree and classic charm of this Burger-built yacht — solid, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfortable cruising.

Boarding from the starboard side aft boarding ladder and walking aft, you enter through a side, hinged door into the enclosed main deck aft, a full-beam space surrounded by large windows. Both port and starboard side windows open to allow natural airflow when desired. The area serves as a relaxed, social setting with a dining table for six and two built-in L-shaped sofas aft, offering ample seating for guests. Forward, twin service bars provide excellent storage and functionality, and include refrigeration, an icemaker, and a sink. Access to the expansive lazarette is through a hatch in the floor, aft of the dining table.

A centrally located door between the aft sofas leads down three steps to the teak cockpit. Varnished cap rails surrounds the area, while a gate on the starboard side opens to the swim platform, accessed by another three steps concealed by a teak hatch in the deck. Returning to the enclosed aft deck, the space is fully air-conditioned and includes a discreet crew call button at the dining table for service when entertaining.

Through a sliding centerline door, the main salon welcomes you with warm tones of butternut walnut joinery and soft, neutral furnishings. To starboard is a card table for four, ideal for a quiet game or conversation. To port, a curved staircase leads down to the guest accommodations. Six large windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the sense of space. An L-shaped sofa upholstered in a light fabric faces forward toward and two brand new, comfortable armchairs are located to starboard. The television is mounted opposite the sofa, framed by shelving on either side and cabinetry below. End tables with lamps provide soft evening light, making the salon an inviting place to relax.

Following the curved staircase in the aft main salon down, you arrive in the guest foyer. Aft lies the full-beam master cabin with king size bed, offering a calm and private retreat. The layout features built-in nightstands, cabinetry, and full-height closets to port and starboard, providing abundant storage. A cabinet opposite the berth adds additional storage space, and a wall-mounted television is positioned to port. The en suite bath, accessed to starboard, includes a single sink with ample storage below, twin mirrored medicine cabinets, and a tiled shower with a glass door and built-in bench. The space benefits from a porthole for natural light. The cabin itself has two portholes per side, creating an open, balanced feel.

Forward of the master, a well-equipped stewardess laundry room includes a Miele washer and dryer, sink, and large storage closet. Continuing forward, a linen locker lines the passageway before reaching two identical twin guest cabins. Each features twin berths with a Pullman berth above, drawer storage, a full-height closet, two portholes, and a wall-mounted television. Both cabins have en suite baths with single sinks, medicine cabinets, glass-enclosed showers, and tilework.

Back on the main deck, the formal dining area is positioned forward of the main salon and centered around a rectangular table with leaf for six. Large windows on both sides allow natural light to illuminate the space. Built-in cabinetry aft and to starboard provides storage for china, glassware, stemware, and linens, keeping the area tidy and functional.

Through a swinging wooden door forward, you enter the stew galley, finished in butternut walnut with a butcher block countertop and beautiful teak and holly flooring. The space is fitted with a Hoshizaki icemaker, Kenmore sink, KitchenAid dishwasher, U-Line wine refrigerator, Continental half-size refrigerator, and GE microwave. Wall-mounted cabinets provide additional pantry storage. To starboard, a day head features a toilet, sink, and mirror with polished stone accents. Behind the entry door, a coat closet is conveniently located. Side doors on both port and starboard sides lead to the exterior decks for easy crew and guest access.

Continuing forward, the main galley spans the full beam and is finished with stunning, stainless steel counters and backsplash behind the cooktop. Appliances include a Wolf induction cooktop, Wolf oven, GE oven, GE microwave, three Samsung refrigerator/freezers, a large stainless sink with dual drains, a Miele dishwasher, and a pot filler. The space enjoys excellent natural light from windows on both sides and is thoughtfully laid out for professional use, with extensive storage and work surfaces for meal preparation.

A curved staircase leads from the stew galley up to the pilothouse, a bright and functional space featuring a built-in settee and rectangular table to port, as well as teak and holly sole. Two helm chairs face a well-organized console with classic wheel and controls. Chart storage is located to starboard, and large windows ensure excellent visibility. Aft of the pilothouse is a compact cabin with a single berth- an ideal space for use on overnight passages. A head is located cross from the cabin with toilet and sink. Side doors on both sides of the pilothouse provide quick access to the wing stations for docking and maneuvering.

Access to the flybridge is gained through doors to both port and starboard sides from the pilothouse. The deck surface is finished in a combination of teak and non-skid. This area serves as storage for the inflatable tender, two cranes, and any additional water toys. Aft, she features a teak seating area with u-shaped seating and a dining table for four, complemented by removable sunshades for comfort and versatility.

Crew accommodations are accessed from the port side of the stew galley, down a curved staircase with handrail. The crew mess features an L-shaped settee with a triangular table, Zephyr refrigerator, GE microwave, and Samsung television that doubles as a CCTV display or radar. A washer and dryer are also located in the crew mess. To port is a crew cabin with over-under berths, closet, drawer storage, and a porthole. Forward, up a set of steps in the crew mess, and to port, is the ensuite for this crew cabin with large shower and bench, sink, and toilet. To starboard, there is a single-berth cabin with attached en suite that includes a head, sink, and shower. Furthest forward is a double-berth cabin with ample drawer storage, closet, shelving, and two portholes. The attached en suite offers a generous shower with three-sided bench, storage, and a porthole for light and ventilation. There is also an emergency escape to the bow in this cabin.

Back in the crew mess, significant storage is located beneath the steps to the crew cabins, and access to the engine room is found aft. The engine room offers impressive volume, full standing headroom, and clear access to all major systems — a hallmark of Burger’s practical engineering.
