The Albin 31 TE is a distinctive Down East-style fisherman whose spacious interior allows her to double as a capable family cruiser. The 31 TE is built on a modified-V hull with a deep forefoot and wide 12'4" beam. This Albin 31’s pilothouse is enclosed with twin bulkhead doors convert the wheelhouse a fully enclosed cabin.

The cockpit comes with a transom baitwell and fish box, and a transom door is standard along with in-deck storage and rod holders. The interior sleeps four with an athwartships double berth aft of the galley and a convertible dinette/double berth forward. There’s a separate stall shower in the head—a big plus on any small boat with cruising aspirations. Additional features include wide side decks, an opening windshield, transom shower, and raw-water washdown. Powered with 420 HP Cat 3126 Diesel Inboard.. Over 200 were built

She is an older boat, a new owner will probably want to upgrade some electronics, could use buffing and re-painting. The A/C needs a new circuit board. ... All in all this is a well sought out and popular boat that can be bought at tens of thousands less than comparable Albin 31 TE's on the market. So there is plenty of sweat equity a new buyer can be taking advantage of.

Make a reasonable offer and the boat will be yours!!!
