1978 31' JC Downeast. Current owner has owned this boat for the last 27 years. Boat was fully restored. Customer woodwork throughout. The house was built custom by the current owner who is a skilled cabinet maker. The motor was fully rebuilt by R.A. Mitchell of New Bedford, MA 6/16/04. 348 hours since full rebuild. 2 years ago the boat was hauled - the bottom was stripped, 4 coats of barrier coating applied. This boat will sleep 2 in the forward v birth and another 2 in the aft convertible dinette. Spare props and filters go with the boat. This boat also has a bluefin permit which goes with the boat. The oil was just changed she is ready to roll. This boat was built for and owned by Jack Cadario - the owner of JC boats. This was his personal boat.
