The 1978 CHB Puget Trawler 37', Tilth, is a comfortable vessel for exploring the Pacific Northwest or living aboard on the Lake Washington Ship Canal. The large salon is bright and cheery with ample storage and seating for 8. The galley has 12' of counter space and a roll out bar cart tucked under the helm station. The Isotherm Marine Fridge was recently installed, and the 4 burner Magic Chef propane stove and oven is ready for gourmet meals.

The primary cabin is aft of the salon with a double bunk and ensuite head with bathtub/shower. The deep closet, desk, and dresser are well setup for living aboard or extended cruising.

The forward v-berth double bunk has a head to port and a large hanging locker to starboard. The classic overhead hatch provides ample natural light.

The heads feature composting toilets, which do not require pump outs.

Tilth can be helmed from the main salon or flybridge with electronics at each helm station. The full canvas enclosure on the flybridge protects you underway or while relaxing at the dock or anchor.

The Ford Lehman 120 Diesel Engine is original but only has 1700 hours of use.

The sellers have enjoyed years of wonderful cruises on Tillth but are ready to see her enjoyed by new owners.
