Cons

Weighty Design: While the added weight contributes to stability, it can make the boat slightly slower in light winds compared to lighter alternatives.

Limited Speed in Strong Winds: Some sailors find that the Hunter 380 does not perform as well in heavy winds compared to sportier models, which could be a drawback for those looking for high-speed performance.

Maintenance on Older Models: As with any older yacht, maintenance may require attention and investment to ensure systems and components remain in good working order.

Narrow Beam: While the beam contributes to better performance, some may find the narrowness reduces more generous living space in the salon area compared to wider boats.
