1981 Morgan Out Island Sold Boat in Pensacola, FL US

The Morgan Out Island 41 has been a very popular boat in production since 1972. She has lots of room and would be a perfect liveaboard. "Ambiance" is an Out Island 416 Center cockpit tall rig ketch. From the center cockpit aft down 5 steps is the master cabin 6' of headroom and a queen bed running across the transom. She has ample storage, with shelf and locker storage around the bed and 2 large hanging lockers with shelves. The adjourning master head has a raritan toilet, stinless steel sink w/counter top and pressurized hot and cold water, and plenty of storage. The entire suite has individually controlled heat and air conditioning, 6 opening ports and escape hatch. Heading forward along the port side companionway the large engine room is to starboard and to port is chart table and a top opening freezer. Ending the companionway to starboard is another ladder to the center cockpit, beyond farther to starboard is the galley. Large counter top w/double stainless sink, and food storage above and below. Pressurized hot and cold water, large Adler Barber refrigerator/freezer and Regal 2 burner LPG w/oven. Continue forward to starboard is a large circular settee with a pull down dining table. To port a settee against port gunnel. Next to starboard is guest head with Raritan toilet w/stainless sink, hot and cold pressurized water and hand held shower. Along a short companionway is the forward V-berth w/plenty of room for 2 adults. There is plenty of storage and hanging lockers in the forward cabin. Access to the anchor locker is just forward of the V-berth.
