Hunter's stainless steel Traveler Arch, B & R rig and a unique double ended mainsheet system provide the crew with effortless sail handling. An expanded aft stateroom features a queen size berth, large hanging locker, fresh air ports, storage galore and private access to the aft head. Forward, your guests will enjoy the Pullman style cabin with a side mounted double berth and storage for two. The open vanity is separated from the private head and shower located in the forepeak.

- Cabin top salon wrap-around windows replaced by ShoreSight Marine Services ($7K)
- Electrical system upgrade - Victron Cerbo GX, Multi Plus, DC/DC charger, solar charge controllers, solar panels (500 W), Li-Ion batteries 900+ Ah. 12v outlets throughout, 2025 by InPhase Marine Electronics (David Basham).($35K plus w/navigation system below)
- Navigation system upgrade - Raymarine chartplotters (Axiom+9 & Axiom+12) w/ SeaTalkNG cables, Raymarine switch, Garmin AIS, Garmin GPS antenna, Raymarine quantum radar, mast head windex with cables (David Basham install)
- Ground tackle - Lewmar claw anchor 66lb, Mantus swivel, 200’ 5/16” G4 chain, 100’ 1/2” 3 strand line, rode length markers. We also have the original 45lb Delta anchor to go to buyer.
- Standing rigging - mast off, mast recondition, new mast head, fabricated mast head cover, new shrouds, stays, forestay, recondition jib furler, recondition mast furler, added wisker pole and trolley system, added new windex, new Raymarine wind instrument and cables, new VHF antenna, added tri-light, aded spreader lights, new furling headsail line, LED steaming light and all other lights. All work completed by CC Rigging (Chris Catterton). ($30K plus with lifelines and stantion welding)
- Deck rigging - new Dynema lifelines (CC Rigging), Stainless steel hardened pushpit to gates with added stanchion, tacked all stanchions (Benchmark Welding)
- Running rigging - added cleats to boom for preventer line system, added cam and block for furling line (reefing setup) (all running rigging lines replaced in 2022 – inspected by Pacific Rigging after install by owner).
- Cockpit upholstery - cushions, princess seats, rail cushions, cabin window cover, companionway screen, 2025 by Memo Canvas. All Sunbrella material. ($7K)
- Murphy Canvas - new dodger, Bimini, enclosure, grab rails, window covers, sun screens, mid-ship sun cover, and foredeck sun cover. Canvas area extended aft, dodger height increased, and all polycarbonate windows that zip open or off and attach onto the Bimini ceiling when open (2024). ($20K)
- Flexiteek replacement of original Hunter decking in cockpit area ($7K)
- New Isotherm and Dometic refrigerators both on 110/12V. ($4K)
- Haul out - survey, bottom paint, three thru hulls, inspection (rudder, rudder bearings, prop, prop shaft, stuffing box, thru hulls (Safe Harbor Shelter Island).
- Replaced all 3 water tank sensors and the black water tank sensor.
- Replaced forward and aft shower sump pumps
- Replaced galley water pumps
- Toilets rebuilt - new bases, gaskets, joker valves 2024 (fwd) & 2025 (aft)
- Macerator replaced
- RPM gauge replaced at helm (engine hours are incorrect at helm but correct on the engine itself)
- Outboard engine mount added to transom for ease of use with dinghy.
- Engine alternator pulley upgrade
- Starlink added to Gaurhauer radar pole and wiring pulled through interior of boat. Will be provided to buyer.
- Carpet runners and rugs custom made by Sanchez Marine Flooring (2025).
- New Alternator 2026.
- All interior and exterior cushions steam cleaned by Sanchez Marine Flooring in June 2026.
- Annual engine service since 2017 by Martin Casas Yacht Service.
- 600-hour service in October 2025 before leaving for Sea of Cortez by Martin Casas
- 870-hour service in January 2026 done by owner while in La Paz, BCS, Mexico
- 1020-hour service in April 2026 completed by Cross Marine Works in La Paz, BCS, Mexico.
- 1210-hour service in May 2026 completed by Martin Casas in San Diego, California.

- New main sail, new 110 jib sail 2022 by Quantum Sails (Fall 2022). Sails inspected by Quantum in June 2026 after Mexico trip. All sails in great shape, under warranty Quantum re-stitched Sunbrella sun covers on main sail and jib sail where thread had disintegrated.
- New interior upholstery - salon, settee, headboard cover, bed covers, pillow shams, throw pillows (2021). Extra set of unused cushion covers for section of salon seating that is along kitchen wall. Extra unused upholstery material will be provided to buyer.
- Gaurhauer radar pole and outboard engine hoist added in 2018
- Replaced galley freshwater manifold 2023
- Hot water heater replaced in 2023
- Engine heat exchanger hoses and valves replaced in 2023.
- AFT cabin large port side hanging locker and shelves on both sides added to optimize storage (2018) by CS Ferguson Woodworking
- Medicine cabinet, mirror, full-length mirror added (aft head) in 2018 by CS Ferguson Woodworking.
- Drawer-stays added to all large drawers by CS Ferguson Woodworking in 2025.
- Full custom carpet for entire boat by Sanchez Marine Flooring in 2018. Steam cleaned in 2025 and in storage to be provided to buyer. Not used since steam cleaned.
