Spirit is a 1983 30' C.E. Ryder Sea Sprite fractional sloop. She offers a Universal 16 HP diesel auxiliary, Raymarine multi-function display and autopilot, roller furler, well-equipped galley, v-berth forward with an insert and the salon port benchseat converts into a double size berth. Spirit is in the water and accessible for inspection.
From the cockpit, you step down the companionway into the salon and find a nav station, electrical panel and ice box starboard aft, benchseat/berth to starboard, benchseat (converts to a double size berth) to port, drop down table centerline and galley port aft. Walk forward and you will find the stateroom forward and head to port. Auxiliary access is via the removable companionway stairs.
Headroom in the salon is 6'2", 5'10" in the stateroom and 5'8" in the head. The stateroom berths are 6'5" long and the salon berths are 6'3" long.
Spirit offers a stateroom forward with a v-berth and insert, shelves, Bomar overhead hatch, 2 portlights, reading lights, hanging locker, storage drawers, wood sole and anchor chain locker access. The salon port benchseat converts into a double size berth also. the head is port forward and offers a Jabsco manual head, stainless steel sink, shower faucet, storage cabinets and a portlight.
The salon offers a hanging locker starboard forward, benchseat/berth with storage on each side (Port converts into a double size berth), reading lights, 5 portlights, Bomar overhead hatch, book shelves, shelves, storage cabinets, wood sole, fold-down table centerline and auxiliary access.
The galley is located port aft in the salon.
