This very popular cruiser has a newer Yanmar Diesel (2002 with less than 100 hours), new interior cushions, barrier coated in 2002, basic electronics, serious ground tackle, full battened main with Lazy Jacks and everything needed to cruise away today. She will sleep 5 comfortably and has a practical cockpit layout for user friendly cruising. This Pearson 323 is a sloop rig with fin keel, skeg rudder and keel stepped mast.

Down below port-side stern she has a nice galley with ice box, alcohol stove and pressure cold water sink. To starboard aft there is a chart table, book shelf and storage locker. Going forward on the starboard side there is a nice U-shaped dinette that converts to a double berth. Opposite on the port side is a settee/single berth. All the way forward is a private V-berth, storage, bureau and shelves. Just aft of the forward cabin is the head with a hanging locker opposite on the port side. She has shore power. Autopilot.
