This is an outstanding example of a 42 Hunter Passage. The sellers have taken excellent care of her and have her set up for live aboard sailing and living on the hook. So if that is the type of lifestyle you plan on, all the work is done for you.
Everything is in working order minus the primary stateroom A/C. That needs work or replaced. Salon AC works great! The interior lighting and navigation lights are all LED.
