This is a great boat at a great price! She comes with a lot of features for a sailboat in the 30' class range. She is quite roomy also. You can cruises the Keys on the boat pretty much immediately... Put in a water maker and maybe a wind generator and this boat is ready for the Islands. However, she is very self-efficient as she sits.
This is a lot of boat for under $30k. The sellers have owned the boat since 2012 they are the second owners. They are snowbirds so she has had very light use as well. They are at the age now hey are using it less and less, and while the boat is in very nice shape now, they do not want to watch it go downhill.
So there you have it! Great boat. Great price, ready and willing for a new home!!! Just need a serious buyer and a reasonable offer!!
