4 Stainless steel racks installed for scuba tanks on rear deck

        COCKPIT:

Custom designed hard fiberglass dodger with Lexan windows including two vertical SS hand holds on each side.  A fiberglass eyebrow was built in to reduce glare and two opening windows were included for visibility

Stainless steel hand holds run along the entire length of both sides of the fiberglass cockpit top

Dodger and hard top are supported by the original arch and custom stainless steel structure

Two Stainless cross bars on rear of the hardtop support the solar panel mounting

Garhauer lifting davit for outboard motor and custom motor mount for storage

Custom aluminum powder coated solar panel mounts on top of dinghy davits

Custom powder coated Starlink antenna mounted on dinghy davits

SS mounts on dinghy davits for Iridium GO antenna, GPS antenna and AIS antenna

Custom Sunbrella with Isinglass enclosing the cockpit for cold and rainy weather.  For warmer weather Sunbrella with Phifertex screens enclose the cockpit.

        INTERIOR:

Master cabin area includes custom closets on both sides  of a queen sized bunk

Under area of bunk was made into a large tool storage area

Several SS hand holds added in both cabins and saloon

New Whale Gulper shower drain pumps were added to both showers

Replaced electric toilet pumps and pump out pumps for the tanks

All septic hoses for both heads were replaced with odor preventing hoses at a cost of over $1,000

2 Webasto 16K AC units added to master cabin and saloon

Automatic drain boxes added on each side of  saloon

Twin custom built cabinets added on each side of saloon 

Exterior SS vent added to kitchen cooking area

Splendide Washer/Dryer added to utility closet

Diesel heater installed for saloon and master cabin areas

Custom SS gimballed electric oven and 2 place induction cooktop

New kitchen faucet, Whale pressure tank and water pump

        ELECTRIC:

1200 AH Victron Battery System with Victron BMS and  4 X 300 AH Victron LiFePO4 batteries. These are the safe lithium batteries which don't catch on fire.

2 x 3000 Watt 120 V Victron Multiplus Inverters which generates full 240 Volts for AC and water heater

Victron 712 Battery Monitor

Victron 12 V to 12V battery charger for starter battery

AGM starter battery replaced this year

1600 watts solar panels with 3 X MPPT Victron controller units

All electric kitchen with 2 place induction cooktop and air fryer/oven on custom ss gimball

1200 watt Panasonic microwave

3 refrigerator/freezer systems

Cruise RO 30 gallon/hour watermaker that can operate on batteries and solar power

Replaced 11 gallon water heater

Replaced 50 gallon water heater with a 55 gallon diesel tank 

New separate 30 amp AC input to independent Victron 70 amp battery charger which allows connection to any power source around the world to charge the house batteries. It will take any power source from 100 volts to 230 volts.  No changes or settings have to be made-just plug it in.

        RIGGING:

All standing rigging was replaced with upgraded shrouds and fittings. Most running rigging was replaced at the same time, 2019

New LED lights on mast and deck lighting

2:1 setups added to spinnaker and cutter sail halyards

All cockpit clutches had replacement parts exchanged

New whisker pole installed which makes sailing downwind without a problem

New asymmetrical spinnaker on a continuous furler added

New storm sail for cutter sail position on continuous furler added
