Built at Niagara on the Lake, Canada. The C&C 34+ is really a 35.6'! "Child's Play" is a one owner always fresh water yacht with no bottom blisters! The boat has just gone through a complete detailing below where the teak has been refinished, and systems gone over. Refined elegance with performance, beautiful teak joinery wood accented by modern styling and craftsmanship is the hallmark of this design. Loaded with nice features, Child's Play has-Nova-Kool fridge/freezer, H/C pressure water, fully enclosed separate stall shower in the head, a propane bottle in cockpit, beautiful teak & holly cabin sole (just refinished), Nav station Chart table with back rest, folding dinette table, accordion style curtains, hanging lockers, berths for 7, screens, wet locker, 2-burner propane stove with oven (seldom used), manual and auto electric bilge pumps and over 6' head room. A light pattern salon cushions in very good condition that have been stored indoors with sails during winter layup. Teak hand rails on cabin top and in cabin, aluminum slotted toe rail, double lifelines with gates, SS bow and stern rails, a drop down swim ladder walk through the opening transom and plenty of storage in the giant cockpit lockers. There is a 100'nylon rode w/chain, Danforth anchor in the anchor locker forward on deck. The 34+ is an easy & safe yacht to solo sail with a roller furling headsail and Harken Battcars on the mainsail track which makes hoisting and lowering the mainsail simple and easy.
"Child's Play" has only been sailed in fresh water on Lake Ontario since new. The present and only owner has lovingly cared for it and it shows.
