Own a piece of history! SEAL is the first Block Island 40 ever built and she has enjoyed a complete refit at the Pendleton Yard on Isleboro, Maine in 2004. Every system has been removed as well as most of the interior joiner work all being replaced new, along with the engine, many of the winches, tanks, wiring, etc. Literally, she is a new boat in her original 1957 hull as all that was left in the refit was the solid glass hull and deck and some interior joiner work. To top that off she has had another $80,000 spent on her since 2010 as detailed in the full specs!!
