This is a well maintained sailboat with low engine hours that's turn-key and has had many upgrades. This boat is fitted with the deep 6'9" keel ideal for Californian waters. Single handed sailing is made convenient by the many features this boat offers - in mast furling main sail, bow thruster, self tacking jib and electric windlass. This design includes a mainsheet arch to free up space in the cockpit, which is extremely spacious for a boat of this size. The B&G electrical package includes wind/depth/speed, chartplotter, autopilot, and VHF. New lithium ion batteries were installed in 2022 along with 600 watts of solar panel run via a Victron charger. Down below can be opened up by removing the bulkhead to the forward master double berth. This version has a separate huge shower stall. Webasto full boat heating system allows you to sail comfortably during the cooler months. The galley includes a Vitrifrigo refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel gimbaled oven with 2-burner stove, microwave and plenty of AC outlets.

The forward berth also have a memory foam topper. 2Aft end of the cockpit table has double USB ports that were installed (good for charging cell phones).
Spinnaker halyard plus fittings added. You can get the luff nice and tight on the code zero. The halyard is spectra. Plus added a whisker pole and attachment on the mast to hold out the code zero or ASYM as necessary. ASYM has only been used 6 times since new.
