2023 Boat hauled out blisters removed, Hull Sanded down to the gel coat, blisters were less than and 1/8 of an inch deep, they were sanded and repaired with thickened epoxy, sanded again, and painted with the 4 coats of barrier coat. No structural issues were found. I have pictures.
