Introduced in 2002, the Bavaria 38 was a J&J Desing design and was an update to the highly successful Bavaria 37. The Bavaria 38 is a cruiser with a length of 11.91m (39 feet) and a beam of 3.87m (12.69 feet) draft of 5'5' and a mast height of 53'. The movement on deck is comfortable and safe thanks to the large flat surfaces, the solid handles and the placement of the shrouds inboard, closer to the mast.
The cockpit is large and inviting for entertaining guests while also providing an owner with the ability to shorthand sail - as all lines lead aft into the cockpit. The cockpit features teak flooring and seating and a convenient walk- thru transom for swimming, diving, paddleboarding and boarding the tender.Ã?Â
