The Prairie 36 was designed by renown naval architect Jack Hargrave of Hatteras Yachts fame and manufactured in Clearwater, Florida by the Prairie Boatworks Company. The resemblance to the Hatteras LRC is evident and Prairie's are highly desirable and known to be very tough trawlers that make great cruisers and/or live-a-board vessels. Powered by 135hp Perkins diesels she is a fuel sipper. An Onan 7.5kw genset provides power when away from the dock.
Len's-Dee-Lite offers a great deal for someone looking for a trawler under $40k. With some updating she will make a comfortable vessel for the buyer.
