Accommodations
The P-31 has a very generous and comfortable interior for her size, more comparable to yachts 3 to 4 feet larger, due to her nearly 11 foot beam and 6' 5" headroom. Forward is a double V-berth cabin with removable cushion insert. Shelf alcoves port and starboard, with stowage underneath, and built-in two-door dresser provide ample stowage for personal gear. A folding teak door provides complete privacy. The Head with manual pumping toilet includes a shower and pressurized hot and cold water. The main cabin includes a hanging locker, L-shaped settee which converts to a double berth on the starboard side, a single settee to port, and a large folding table in between. Aft is a huge open quarterberth that extends under the cockpit. Bulkheads and cabinetry are varnished teak; the cabin sole is teak & holly.
Galley
U - shaped galley to port with drawer and locker storage. Gimballed two-burner propane stove with oven. Deep stainless steel sink with pressurized hot & cold water. Abundant shelf and storage compartments. 4.5 cubic foot ice box with chart tabletop on starboard side doubles as navsta.

Keel stepped masthead rig with double spreaders swept aft. Internal halyards. Full batten main sail has jiffy reefing led to cockpit. 145% Genoa with sun shield on Furlex roller furler.
