This boat has never been in salt water she has spent her whole life at (Carter Lake), garaged in the winter time. She has a triple filtered fuel line, PYI/PSS dripless shaft seal and only 167 hours on the diesel since she was bought new. Her sails consist of mainsail furling-Sobstad Platinum Genis Polyester and a hood jib furling Banks Mylar 135 % Genoa and 2 extra sails that are a Dacron main and a 150 % Genoa. She has a Forsepar Rod-Kick Vang system and a Forespar Line-drive spinnaker pole with upgraded Lewmar : 40 STC(2), 16 STC,7C all lines led aft. She has an Edson wheel w/ Autohelm wheel pilot and a molded fiberglass rudder w/ a stainless rudder post, dodger canvas, bimini w/ side and aft curtains and pedestal cover.This boat has an enlarged anchor locker w/ dual roller anchor platform, teak interior with carpeting, galley, head, stove, oven and high pressure hot and cold water and a spare prop. Included is a 2 axle trailer W/ 40' launching strap w/ new tires and new electric brakes.She also has 4 custom made stained glass windows for the inside custom made cubby doors along with custom made book shelves. All deck hardware has been rebedded along with windows and hatch. New raw water strainer just installed and too many extras to list .
