This J/70 is well maintained and cared for. It has been used as a daysailer, never been raced, by its current and only owners in light winds (less than 15 kts), approximately half a dozen times per year. The deck, hull, keel, and rudder are like new, and there's no damage or scratches to the gel coat; the boat has never been in an accident. It is always kept under a full-deck, over-the-boom cover when not sailing. The mainsail and jib are in very good condition and are stored rolled, not folded; the spinnaker has barely been used and is in excellent, race-ready condition. The boat is kept in the marina dry-docked on its trailer, and has never been hauled on local roads or highways.
