In the case of Mirage, the original owner has been reported to have owned a shipyard and made significant improvements on the construction as well as did an exceptional job on fitting the boat out. This is a very nice cruising boat offered at a fantastic value.
� The current owner purchased her in Dec. 2020 and has made many significant upgrades:
- Brand new mainsail and 135 Genoa (and halyards) by Bohndell Sails - never been used, approx. $7000
- Bottom stripped and repainted (3 antifouling undercoats, 1 topcoat), June 2022, approx. $7000
- Handrails stripped and re-varnished, June 2022
- New Jabsco toilet, August 2021
- Cabin sole stripped and re-varnished, August 2021
- New Raymarine wind indicator, T110 Multifunction Wireless Display, T111 Dual Display and T112 Analog Display - August 2021
