Oceana is located at the Harborage Marina in downtown St Petersburg Florida. Take a close look at the pictures.  The high quality build of the Island Packet 31 makes it possible to clean her up like a classic Mercedes.  She has just been completely detailed. The Owner's pre-purchase survey from December 2011 is available to a serious buyer.

There were 264 IP 31's sold in a production run that lasted from 1983 to 1989.  The Hull is solid fiberglass construction.  A unique feature of all Island Packet sailboats is their method of deck construction. Instead of using balsa or foam core material, Island Packet uses their own "Polycore" which is a mixture of resin fillers. The accommodations and livability of the IP 31 may be matched but can't be beat on a 31' boat. The 11'6" maximum beam and wide waterline beam allow accommodations to be pushed outboard providing plenty of livable space. The galley is U-shaped and is the size found on many 35 to 38 footers. The Quarter Berth can be fully enclosed.
