Boat is in the water on a canal and has not sailed in a while, the seller lives close by and fires up the engine every so often "and fires with no hesitation" but she has not moved. This is a popular center cockpit model with a lot of room on the interior and what could be a beautiful aft cabin stateroom. This would make a great liveaboard and or a cruiser for extended stays out on the water.

The sails are reportedly good, the running rigging appears from a quick view serviceable and the Standing rigging is overall unknown but appears good from the deck. There appears to be operational GPS, Chart Plotter and Auto Pilot they are older and should be fine for a recreational sailor, but if you are going on voyages these may need upgraded. ...  But that can be said for most boats this age.

At the cockpit there is a full Bimini Top that needs some repair and a full enclosure that is store below and on top of the dinette. Most isinglass panels are fine, the aft on can use repair

Mechanically they do not come better than Yanmar and this is what is in the boat. She has high hours, fires right up and is visually better than I expected for the engine hours.

No generator, Two marine A/C units reportable in working order, and a portable A/C unit for those that want it extra cold I guess... Galley refrigerator is out needs replaced, but there is also a hidden refrigerator at the dinette and a portable refrigerator that goes with the boat. Get the galley refrigerator working and you will have enough refrigeration to stay out weeks on end.

Five.. count them five Lithium Batteries w/ Inverter, three 200 watt solar panels, two 30 Amp Shore Power Outlets, as you can see this boat has some great potential.....

The interior is a mess, needs deep cleaning and touch up throughout... Keep that in mind, realize the seller will not be doing the work, bring an offer that is reasonable to you!!!!
