CONSTRUCTION:

Hull: Hinckley DualGuard™ Composite Construction- Kevlar®/E-glass outer skin. Aircraft grade end grain balsa below the waterline. Carbon fiber inner skin. Laminated with Vinylester resin using Seaman Composite Resin Infusion Molding Process (SCRIMP®).

Deck: E-glass outer and inner skin with aircraft grade end grain balsa and closed cell foam core - laminated with Vinylester resin using Seaman Composite Resin Infusion Molding Process (SCRIMP®).

Flybridge: Molded core combination of hi-density core and Corecell core fiberglass unit, which is through-bolted to the pilothouse top.

These materials and building techniques provide for a superior surface finish, greater resistance to osmosis, high degree of stiffness & stiffness/weight ratios, and greater hull strength against impact damage and thermal insulation.

• Non-metallic composite thru-hull fittings with ball valve seacocks are below waterline and above the waterline where appropriate. Bronze seacocks, thru-hull fittings and sea strainers on propulsion engines.
• Rub rail has stainless steel half-round on fiberglass molding.

Swim platform has in laid teak treads and stainless-steel half round with a stainless steel telescoping 3-step swim ladder under swim platform.

DECK:

• Custom Hinckley mast (painted to match cabin top) is aft on the flybridge - supports a flag halyard, anchor/steaming light, air horn and aft deck floodlight and various antennas.
• Custom satellite TV antenna receiver
• Anchor Locker: Molded into the foredeck, with hinged and gas-spring assisted hatch. Custom stainless steel bow roller that allows anchor to be deployed from the helm. Remote control for anchor windlass as well as control at both helm stations makes anchoring this boat simple. A freshwater deck wash is in this foredeck locker.

The stainless-steel ladder with teak treads leads up to the flybridge area.

The molded three-sided flybridge has sides that curve downward and a molded in nonskid sole.

• A complete 316 stainless steel 1" diameter rail system surrounds flybridge passenger area.
• Forward is a custom wrap-around windscreen with stainless steel welded support brackets.

The HELM Area:

Forward to starboard is a molded helm with complete engine and steering controls at the upper helm station.

• Includes full engine instrumentation, MAN engine controls, JetStick, and navigational instruments. Custom mounted Danforth Constellation compass.
• A large fwd storage area is accessed thru a door next to the helm.

The custom double Stidd helm seat has Adobe White Naugahyde with Imperial Blue piping.

The Passenger Area:

• Built-in passenger seating is provided by a molded forward-facing L-shaped settee to starboard that has Adobe White Naugahyde with Imperial Blue piping covered cushions and a for & aft seat to port that has Adobe White Naugahyde with Imperial Blue piping cushions.
• Removable teak table for L-settee with Stamoid cover

Custom Hinckley hard top with enclosures, mast mounted on hard top of the Flybridge. Hard top supports navigation lights, spot light, aft deck, flood light, horn, and all required navigation antennae.

Pilothouse:

There is 360º viewing thru large safety and tempered glass windows and doors in the pilothouse. Entry from the cockpit is through polished stainless steel framed, full-height, curved, tinted tempered glass doors. The pilothouse has 3-forward tempered glass, fixed windows with windshield wipers & washers.

Pilothouse layout includes:

• Forward: Helm area is to starboard. To port is an L-shaped bar with storage and a companionway forward to the accommodations below. The cabinetry to port includes a custom hide-away storage area for TV outboard of the entertainment center. There is a custom handrail at companionway going below.
• Aft: One C-shaped settees built in to Starboard with raised panel detailing. To port two custom chairs bookend the entertainment console.
• Settee has a hi/low table

Pilothouse is finished with:

• High gloss varnished raised panel cherry with carbon fiber instrument dash.
• Varnished teak and tulipwood pilothouse sole

The pilothouse has 3-forward tempered glass, fixed windows with windshield wipers & washers. There is laminated safety glass on all fixed windows.

• Custom electric opening tempered glass window outboard of the helm.
• Pilothouse fixed side windows and aft glass doors are tinted.
• Aft door has custom Roman blinds.
• Skysol electric pleated beige-color blind system for side windows.
• Front windows have outside snap-on Textaline fabric shade covers.

HELM area:

The Helm is forward to starboard and has a carbon fiber dash and varnished cherry shelf outboard as well as an electric retractable tempered glass helm side window. This area also has the Hinckley JetStick, engine controls, navigation instruments and gauges, and a wood rimmed steering wheel.

Twin powered Stidd helm seats Admiral Ultraleather 2556 cushions are on chrome pedestals and electrically slide forward and aft, and pivot. The helm seat has powered height adjustment; the companion seat is fixed height.

The helm has an open view to the easily accessed galley below as well as the surrounding deck and area outside the yacht.

Accommodations:

From the pilothouse forward, down the open companionway steps are the interior accommodations:

• To port in the companionway is a handrail to starboard at the top of the companionway and a second handrail to port running all the way down to assist in entering/exiting from the pilothouse. The companionway steps have storage inside.

THREE ACES sleeps 4 in her spacious accommodations below. Below deck there is a Master Suite with private ensuite Head and stall shower. To starboard at the base of the stairs is the guest stateroom with twin berths, Guest Head with shower area, and the Galley. Reverse-cycle heat/air conditioning adds additional comfort in all conditions.

The finished interior is gloss-varnished cherry with white fabric overheads with varnished cherry battens, and a varnished teak and tulip cabin sole with a cabin sole covers. The shower areas are finished in laminate for ease of cleaning.

• Large overhead opening cherry-trimmed hatches have screens and sun covers and add extra interior light and ventilation.
• Portlights have Suntan drop-down accordion-style curtains.
• Opening port in both heads and fixed ports are trimmed in cherry.
• 3 Separate Marine Air (24,000 BTU water chilled) reverse-cycle heat/air conditioning systems with separate air handler systems for - Pilothouse, Galley, Guest Cabin, Guest Head, Salon, and Master Suite and Master Head forward.

The Guest Head is forward of the galley to port and is finished in Light Cream gelcoat in the shower area and varnished cherry in the vanity area.

• 2023 update - Complete vacu-flush system overhaul

This head includes:

• Pompeii Red Corian countertop with stainless steel sink with Grohe single-lever fixture
• Sealand Vacu-flush marine toilet plumbed directly to 100-gallon holding tank. The holding tank can then be emptied via a deck fitting or overboard through the Sealand macerator pump.
• Shower area is sectioned off with tempered-glass and has a Grohe single-lever mixing valve
• Opening portlight
• Overhead lighting has dimmer except for shower.
• Storage areas are outboard and under sink

UTILITY Center:

There is a utility locker located on certain line that contains a washer and dryer behind varnished cherry panel door.

The forward Master Suite includes a private head with separate stall shower. This area is customized with extra Soundown sound absorbing panels on the chine area to reduce noise from wave slap.
