Princess Yachts is one of the premium builders of top pedigree production yachts. UNIQ is a fine example of how a 17-year-old yacht can look when properly maintained. If you inspect this boat, you will find a waxed and polished white fiberglass gelcoat exterior. The hull does not have all the scuffs, scratches and blemishes we usually see on a boat this age. In fact, the hull of this Princess received a multi-step compound, polish and seal treatment during her last boatyard visit in June 2023. The superstructure is polished on a schedule. The owner of this boat has high standards and in2023, every exterior cushion was replaced on the aft deck, flybridge and on the forward sun lounge. The main windshield cover was replaced and these upgrades helped to propel UNIQ up to one of the finer looking yachts in this size and price category.

The exterior of UNIQ features three separate spaces to relax. The flybridge itself is huge. There is seating for the entire group on the flybridge plus a refrigerator and a big BBQ grill. Forward to port there is access down to the yacht's interior and this entire space is shaded by a sharp looking Bimini canvas shade overhead. Next is the covered aft deck with settee and teak table. The current owner added two teak chairs and now their aft deck is the preferred spot for dining alfresco and sunset happy hours. Euro style transom means there is access down to the swim platform from either side of the aft deck. The third spot is the extra-large sun lounge on the bow of this Princess. The seller replaced the bow cushion in 2023.

There is enough high gloss wood and polished stainless steel in the interior to create a modern environment overall. The main deck is access via the large stainless-steel sliding glass door aft, through the interior helm door to starboard, or via the interior staircase from flybridge down to the galley. The guest cabin is a side-by-side twin stateroom. There are no over/under style bunk rooms on UNIQ. Even the crew quarter is a side-by-side twin bed arrangement. Each stateroom has its own ensuite head with a stand-up stall shower.
There is a dedicated aft deck hatch for the engine room and just aft of this hatch, an extra-large hatch for the lazarette. Each space is accessed via a 6-step ladder down and both engine room and lazarette are adequate in size and each is kept organized and clean.
