This rare and beautiful HALSEY HERRESHOFF 31 CAT KETCH has been well maintained by her original owner since new. 'HERE TODAY' was originally commissioned in Connecticut, sailing local waters during the summers and stored during the winter months before sailing to Florida ten years ago. Since then she has been to the islands, the keys a number of times as well a return trip to Maine and back, and is currently turn key or her next owner.
Her design offers a large and open interior with traditional lines above the waterline. The rigging includes a split sail plan to reduce sail loads and allows for quick reefing 30% of full sail area. 'Here Today' is a beautiful vessel that is easy to sail, has a 28' waterline with a stern rudder that extends an additional foot aft of the transom.
The 'HER TODAY'is powered by a dependable 15hp Nanni Diesel and has accommodations to comfortably sleep four plus a full galley. Electronics include a VHF, Autohelm, wind, depth, speed & Distance instruments and the vessel is ready for sea trial, survey and sail-away.
