This 1974 Grand Banks Classic aft cabin trawler has been recently been updated and is in great mechanical and cosmetic condition.  With full size Queen berth in the aft cabin and double guest berth forward, she has what it takes for comfortable shoal draft cruising.

Her Ford Lehman* twin diesel engines, twin heads, spacious salon and well equipped galley with granite countertops will make cruising a joy.  Twin steering with pilothouse steering and flybridge steering with good instrumentation, GPS chartplotter, autopilot and VHF radio provide the basics.

She is a real classic and with her newly refurbished interior she shows like a much newer vessel. Don't wait.  Call now for your private showing in Miami.

This early model Grand Banks is a rare find and an affordable example of the Classic yachts that have made the Grand Banks name famous.  Heavy, high quality construction, great seakeeping characteristics and generous liveaboard accommodations make her a desireable choice for economical cruising.

She is in good overall condition and has new batteries, twin staterooms, excellent galley, recently updated salon, Ford Lehman twin diesel with Phasor generator.  She has minimal electronics which enable her new owners to install the equipment to their requirements.

It is rare to find a flag blue hull version, which makes this Grand Banks truly a classic and classy looking boat!  Call now for your private showing of this venerable cruiser.

*Note on Ford Lehman Diesel engines.  We've sold a few boats over the years with Ford Lehman diesels and have noted the distinction of these engines over many of the other diesels more commonly found on sailboats.  Based on Ford tractor engines, these marinized powerplants are unusual in that they regularly outlast their more traditional counterparts.  Many small block normally aspirated diesel engines will reach 12,000-13,000 running hours with a "rebuild" often required at about half that amount.  In comparison, Ford Lehman diesels are often just getting broken in at 6,000 hours and are expected to last for 20,000-22,000 hours.  I know of an old Grand Banks that has over 25,000 hours and has never had a rebuild and is still running strong.
