"Breathless" is an excellent example of the very popular Catalina 36 Mark II model line. She is hull 1,800 of over 2,000 built. The 36 MK II (like most Catalinas) is well known comfort, performance, and practicality, making it a solid choice for family and couples "weekend cruising" as well as extended coastal trips. It has a manageable sailplan, spacious cockpit, and a well-designed interior with two private cabins, large main salon, and one sizeable head. Breathless has a winged shoal keel, offering the ability to explore the far reaches of the ICW, while enjoying stability and cruising performance. Lots of recent improvements--new alternator in 2024, new running rigging in 2023, a new UK mainsail in 2020, dodger refurbished in 2025, and portlights and hatch glass replaced in 2023/2025. She has been very well maintained, and must be seen to be appreciated. A great value in a 36-foot boat!
