ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: The most popular 30 foot boat ever built – fun, fast, easy to handle – the descriptions could go on and on.  Above deck features include: large “T” shaped cockpit with walk, thru transom, stern shower, long cockpit settees with high coamings, easily handled rig, easily traveled side decks – comfortable room for the entire crew. Below deck features: huge salon with stow-a-way salon table creating a very large and open seating and lounging area, full galley, private v-berth, athwart ships aft cabin, and nav station.   
 
GALLEY:   Complete cruising galley-2 burner gimbaled LPG stove with oven, double sink with hot and cold pressure water, 12v refrigerator/freezer. 
 
HEAD(S): Fully enclosed head and shower, hot and cold water, vanity with mirror and storage area.
 
ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: Autohelm 4000 Tri Data panel- depth, knot and speed.  Raymarine GPS chart plotter, VHF radio with masthead antenna, pedestal mounted compass, shore power with cord, multiple a/c outlets in cabin and v-berth.  AC/DC switch panel, dual 12v batteries with selector switch and breaker panel.  Auto bilge pump, navigation lights – running, steaming, anchor and deck. 
 
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:  AM/FM stereo with CD player, 2 speakers in main cabin, cigarette lighter at nav station. 
 
SAILS & RIGGING: Full batten main with Dutchman flaking system, 2 single line reef points led aft, mainsheet traveler with control lines, roller furling 150 genoa with inboard and outboard genoa tracks, all halyards led aft to coach roof sheet stoppers, wind vane, and four self tailing winches. 
 
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:  Universal 25 XP (23 hp.) fresh water cooled with 18 gallon tank, engine easily accessible for maintenance. 
SAFETY EQUIPMENT:  Two anchors (Fortress FX16 and Danforth) each with chain and rode, three fire extinguishers, life preservers, air horn, hand held flares plus a flare gun, emergency tiller and manual bilge pump. 
 
CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS: Covers for winches, main sail, pedestal and wheel, dodger, bimini and connecting piece, hot and cold cockpit shower, boarding ladder, 4 bamboo shroud rollers, also custom winter canvas cover.
