The "COURAGE" is a very nice example of this classic BRISTOL 35.5 design by Dieter Empacher of the Ted Hood design group. Produced by BRISTOL YACHTS from 1978 through the late 1980's, the "35.5" model demonstrated that the art of of building an affordable yacht with such features as a high level of quality, outstanding varnished matching-grain teak joinery throughout, a "real" teak & holly cabin sole was certainly within capability. The "COURAGE" was completed as a 1984 model BRISTOL 35.5 and delivered to her first Owner later that year.
