In addition she is a much stiffer boat than her sisters with a 1300 lb lead shoe on the keel and 1,000 lbs internal ballast. All sails are roller furling including the Main which is an electric Hood Stowaway system over $25K new!! Periodic gear replacements and upgrades. Also included in the sale is her spare rig, the optional tall rig with in mast furling. New Espar cabin heat 2002 along with many other pluses!! Bottom stripped and barrier coated fall 03' at a cost of $8K.
