In all of my years of brokerage, this Sense 43 is by far the cleanest I've represented.
The German owner has unfortunately injured himself and while he still has a passion for Sailing, he has to downgrade.
What else would be needed for this sailing yacht? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
The Owner has All maintenance records. The hull was waxed and polished and the bottom was painted in September of 2015.
