The mooring system is included in the sale; there is no monthly rental fee. It has a new, smaller boat with a 6 hp Mercury engine, 2 air conditioners, a new 4500-watt generator with electric starter, a water heater, a refrigerator, 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms. The engine has 1130 hours on it; everything is in working order. There is a portable ice maker. Internet access is available on board, and there are 2 sets of cameras that operate 24 hours a day.
