JULY Price drop---Owner will give an electronics allowance to get her sold!
The 423 two-cabin layout has the forward cabin and head, dining area, aft head, and engine compartment. There is a short settee on the port side of the salon with a nav desk aft of that, a large galley aft to starboard and a cabin to port with a very large berth.
The two-cabin is perfect for a family or two couples.
The salon table can comfortably seat 6 to 8 and the extra settee to port will fit 3. This seat will also serve as a short sea berth while underway.
The bilges are shallow indicating a long waterline and light displacement. The headroom in the salon is a spacious 6' 5". This headroom also extends to the galley and a strategically placed hatch allows for hot air escape.
The aft berth tucked under the cockpit has a very large berth that when under cruising conditions could even handle some gear storage with out any sacrifice of comfort. The cabin itself has plenty walking space as well.
Forward is a half island berth with adjoining head and shower. There is ample storage outboard and under the berth.
