What better way to cruise the Salish Sea than on a Tollycraft, designed for PNW coastal cruising and made in Washington. This well maintained 44' Tollycraft built in 1988 is the classic tri-cabin layout with cockpit. Being 44', moorage is easy and park buoy's are accessible. The layout is fantastic with the forward stateroom equipped with a custom fitted mattress (with 2 sets of custom sheets), an en suite head, a separate TV and comfortably sleeps 2. The roomy and full beam aft cabin, features a walk around queen bed, en suite head with bidet and separate shower enclosure. The aft windows have been upgraded to opening windows for safety and both port and starboard windows were replaced in 2020. There is new carpet from stem to stern and plenty of storage space throughout. The salon and aft cabin include new blackout honeycomb blinds. In addition to three electric heaters, a new Planar furnace was installed in 2019 including heat to the sundeck. Access the fully enclosed, heated, sundeck and fly bridge directly from the main salon. The canvas was professionally refurbished and isinglass replaced in 2024. For nights bobbing around on the hook there is a generator, inverter, watermaker and a Starlink dish. The Achilles dinghy has a 3 year old 8 HP four stroke outboard and is easy to deploy from the swim step using the Weaver manual hydraulic davit system.
