Other Tayana boats for sale in Florida, United States
Jennifer II is a One-Owner Tayana 42. After 16 years of cruising on smaller boats, the owner researched top-of-the-line, center cockpit, bluewater cruisers and selected the Tayana 42. He helped design the interior and deck layout and spared no expense to incorporate all of the features that deliver structural stability, reliability, performance and - most of all, ENJOYABLE COMFORT.
Unfortunately, the owners plan to cruise the Caribbean never came to fruition due to business and family developments so the cruising has been limited to the Florida west coast on weekends and vacations. This is a unique boat and a unique opportunity to own a Tayana 42.
In the past two years there have been seven Tayana 42's sold with prices ranging from $54,000 to $135,000. A boat in "ready to go" condition would be valued at $125,000 to $135,000.
In order to make Jennifer II "ready to go" the new owner would want to replace running rigging, replace all standing rigging, add plotter and autopilot and address some exterior and interior cosmetics as desired. This boat has been hauled every two years, has a 2008 Yanmar diesel with 80 hours, functioning air conditioner, refrigerator, electric windlass, Raymarine wind, speed and depth sounder and serviceable sails.
