RARE 412 model sails like a dream.  Draws only 5'1" - perfect for shallow FL waters.  Owners are just the 2nd owners!  They added furling mainsail. She was hauled and new bottom done June 2016 - no blisters!  Hull in excellent condition.   All electronics new in 2011.  Layout was ahead of it's time:  starboard side has game table with seperate seats, and the refrig features a front loading door in addition to the usual top loading doors.  TWO HEADS - one with a seperate shower and convenient wet hanging locker.  Generous V-berth - this boat has been cruised by a couple all along the east coast, Bahamas, and the Keys since 1996.   INCLUDED:  Brand new 10' West Marine dinghy and 3.3 Mercury outboard!  BRING OFFERS!
