Race or Cruise you chose with this Sparkman & Stephens designed Tartan 37. The boat is designed for both. Tartans are known for their speed and toughness, they are a strong build. This is no exception.

The keel has been shortened to 5 ft for cruising here in SW Florida and the Caribbean. The shortening was supervised by Mr. Tartan himself. It would make a good liveaboard and comes with an assumable LIVE ABOARD slip in a great marina.

If you were a fan of the magazine "Good Old Boat" this boat is owned by a couple who wrote for that publication. Many of the upgrades they did to this vessel are documented in a few of the issues of that magazine some of which are included with the vessel.

The vessel has updated Garhauer blocks and boom vang with Anderson 46 ST Winches.

The vessel comes with an outboard for a tender, but the tender was lost
