Sparkman and Stephens design with Tartan influence. Popular for their stability and speed. And gorgeous hand crafted interior woodwork. Hull is hand laid fiberglass with end grain balsa coring to improve stiffness without sacrificing weight. In high stress areas such as mast step, through hull fittings, chain plate terminals, engine supports and keel sections the coring tapers into solid fiberglass. The deck follows same construction methods with non-skid surface molded into all flat areas.
