The Tartan 37 Centerboard is a proven offshore cruiser known for its excellent sailing characteristics, thoughtful design, and timeless appeal. This well-maintained 1979 example has benefited from significant recent updates, including a 2019 Beta Marine 38 HP diesel, and was thoughtfully prepared for serious offshore sailing. The current owner completed an extensive refit with the goal of participating in the Newport Bermuda Race, ultimately deciding that another offshore campaign was no longer the right fit. The result is a capable, well-equipped Tartan 37 ready for her next owner's cruising plans, whether coastal adventures and exploring shallow anchorages with the shallow, centerboard draft, or offshore passages.
