This very well cared for and lightly used Hunter 36 has numerous beneficial attributes, not the least of which is her large interior floorplan in a 36 foot platform with two well proportioned staterooms and single head along with a proper and fully functional galley, beamy salon and dinette making her truly liveaboard capable. This super clean yacht is in shockingly nice condition for her 20 year age. She is fully commissioned and ready to sail this summer - that is 2026.
She has a new mainsail and some new electronics. And when purchased in 2022, the current owner had all the surveyor recommended issues professionally resolved.
She is currently the only newer Hunter 36 in the area and combines a delightfully clean, spirited sloop, easily managed, with nothing to hide in a low price point only due to the sellers quest to transition to a motor yacht.
