This is an exceptionally well equipped and maintained Tartan 40. Following extensive work and upgrades in 1999 and 2000, she was sold to her current owner who is regrettably getting out of boating for a brief period. The boat has been yard maintained and stored indoors until this winter when a new Fairclough cover was installed. Light and exceptionally caring use has kept her younger than her years. This is a boat that must be considered in the luxury performance cruiser category; one that "has it all", and needs only a new caring owner to continue the history. Freshly Awlgripped in 2000 (Custom Dark Green) exterior brightwork varnished to the highest standards in 2000, and redone in 2002. Much interior varnish work done 1999 & 2000. Cabin sole done in high gloss Poly in 2000. Air conditioning and heat (new 2000) Lewmar Ocean Series Deck Hatches (new 2000), Dodger and Bimini (new 2000). All interior upholstery and exterior cockpit cushions (new 2000). Harken furling system new 2002. Fairclough winter cover new 2002.
