1997 Sea Ray 240 Sundancer (23'6" X 8'6"), MerCruiser 5.7L 210 HP A2, '97 Eagle tandem axle welded tube Custom trailer with FBT fenders, 4 wheel disc brakes, Aluminum tread plates and load guides. This boat is White with Black & Gold graphics. The cockpit floorplan has a double wide, adjustable, back to back helm Seat, a port side aft facing lounge/bench seat, ¾ width fold away aft bench seat and port side walk thru transom Passage with door. Helm features include a full instrumentation pkg. with trim gauge, in dash digital depthfinder, President VHF Radio, 12V rec., hinged map cover, STBD wiper and hydraulic trim tabs. Cabin features include a large forward V-berth with filler cushions and table, STBD side enclosed bathroom with pump out head, Freshwater sink and shower. On the port side is a full galley with dual voltage refrigerator, microwave, single Burner alcohol stove, freshwater sink, dockside power panel and 110V outlets. There's also a mid-cabin sleeper For (2) adults with a privacy curtain and opening vent window with screen. Natural light and ventilation is provided by (4) opening portlight Windows with screens and (1) large opening deck vent hatch with screen. Other cabin features include 12v lighting, a trash receptacle and Pyle AM/FM/USB & AUX IN/SD Card Stereo with cabin and cockpit speakers. Other features include dual battery system with switch, built in battery charger, FBG sliding Cabin door with built in front deck access steps and walk thru windshield, bow anchor locker, extended FBG swim Platform with hideaway 3 step swim ladder (Adds 28" to the LOA), transom shower, SST ski tow eye, SST prop, Keel guard, Bimini shade top with 2nd frame for extended sunshade, full camper enclosure pkg. and snap down Cockpit cover for storage. This boat is in good condition with around 130 engine hours use. Engine was replaced 8/21 (1066 total hours use on Hourmeter but only approx 130 hours on new replacement engine).
