The Mariah is a full keel, double ended, cutter rigged sturdy boat. The hull is one inch thick at the top sides and up to three inches at the bilge with the deck thickness of an inch and a half. The 4' bowsprit provides needed sail area and sails nicely in 14-18 knots of wind on the beam. There is good head head room and traditional teak and teak veneer interior. The hull and deck appears to be in very good condition as is the standing rigging. Then engine runs fine and the running gear looks good. The boat has no blisters and can be shown as it is out of the water. The starboard side cap rail should be replaced. There is some interior teak veneer and cabin sole delimitation.
