The 62 Ocean is a very versatile boat that can go from the perfect cruising vessel for the family to a hard core fishing boat with your crew. She is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3412's that pump out 1400hp each that will push this baby along at about 32 knots at cruise and top out at 35kts.
The layout on the boat is fabulous. It has a huge cockpit equipped with a fighting chair and all the fishing amenities you can imagine. Plenty of rod holders located in the gunwales and 6 additional ones on the Flybridge railing. A tackle center is located on the port side aft with a fresh water sink above and a bait freezer just to the right. The access to the engines is adjacent. The bait well is located in the transom for reaching your baits easily.
When you enter the salon you immediately feel like you're on a larger boat. To starboard a large 42" flat screen TV mounted on a lift. The electrical switching panel is easy to get at and plenty of storage cabinets too. To port is an L-shaped lounge which is very inviting. Just forward is the spiral staircase leading up to the enclosed bridge.
The command center on the bridge has great visibility with large windows and ample seating for your guests. The electronics are all within easy reach and are adequate to help you navigate to your favorite destinations with confidence.
Forward of the salon is a dinette to starboard and the galley to port. The galley is well equipped with all you need to conjure up a gourmet meal or just make a simple lunch. There is plenty of counter space and storage cabinets for your supplies.
Just a few steps down you enter the foyer that has three staterooms and three heads. The master being aft takes advantage of the full beam to pamper the owner in style. Forward to starboard is a nice laundry room setup and to port a guest stateroom with side by side berths. In the bow stateroom you have an offset queen with the private head all the way forward. This is a real nice layout with ample storage in two closets with a bureau tucked in between them.
All in all this is a great layout and very tastefully done by its first and only knowledgeable owners. The boat is in exceptional condition awaiting your inspection. This is our trade and we would look at yours in trade too.
