Boat being sold as is. Boat has been on the hard for about 2 years. Here is what we know. Cabin top shows higher than normal moisture readings. Radar does not currently communicate with chart plotter, starboard electrical outlets not getting power. Motor has over 4000 hours, but does run. Boat has a new fuel tank. Sail reported to be serviceable, but should go to sail shop for cleaning and inspection prior to regular use. Windlass needs replacement. Weather boot at base of mast where it passes through the deck needs replacement.
