General Overview

To our knowledge, this Swan 43 has had three owners.  Nautor Swans are built in Finland.  The boat has graceful lines, moderate classic bow & stern, classic Herreshoff styled interior made from solid teak.  The hardware is a bit oversized and easy to operate.  The boat reflects a time when sailing boats were built to a high standard and were capable of navigating long passages and ocean crossings.

The original owners crossed the Atlantic three times.  This boat has been cruised and also raced around the buoys in typical yacht club races.  Cruising has also included the Caribbean, Eastern seaboard and New England, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
