Broker's Comments

This is a very maintained vessel that seems to have been very well cared for and updated as needed. Very short list of needed maintenance items that are not essential for the typical cruiser. The boat has been stored on the hard every non cruising season since new (both current and past owner has adopted this process on this vessel.) and all covers/eisenglass/canvas has been stored in doors during those periods. You can defiantly see that this boat has been maintained by a military mechanic for sure!

Exclusions

All personal belongings and some tools.
